Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Hotel ROSI website and your stay at our property in Gusinje, Montenegro.

Reservations

• Reservations are confirmed once payment of the deposit (when applicable) is received and we send a confirmation email or message.
• Rates shown are per room per night and include VAT. Tourist tax (€1 per adult per night) is added to the final bill.
• Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Earlier or later subject to availability.
• Valid ID or passport is required at check-in for all adult guests, in line with Montenegrin law.

Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged the first night.
• Group bookings (5+ rooms) follow a custom cancellation agreement provided at the time of booking.

Stay rules

• The hotel is non-smoking. Smoking inside rooms incurs a cleaning fee of €100.
• Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00.
• Pets are welcome — please notify us in advance.
• Damage to property will be charged to the responsible guest.

Limitation of liability

We do our utmost to ensure your safety and comfort, but we are not liable for personal items lost in public areas or for events outside our control (weather, road closures, force majeure).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Disputes will be resolved by Montenegrin courts.
